Chicken and Mushrooms with Grilled Bread

I've tried hard these past few months to improve my pictures. I'm no food stylist, but a little effort goes a long way in trying to make food look appetizing. I've tried to get a few pictures in natural light which is easier said then done with my work schedule. I have a mini photo studio, spot lights, back boards and more to try and get these pictures right. I think my next step is to get the Canon T3i that I've had my eyes on...if only it weren't so expensive!

While browsing How Sweet Eats I came across a recipes for chicken. I've said it before and I'll say it again that I'm not the biggest fan of chicken. It has to be really good for me to truly enjoy it. Had to be flavorful, not dry and look decent. Ha. The pictures of this really grabbed me and I knew I had to make it.
