From Scotland to Asian Chicken

Scotland was completely not what I would have expected. For starters, there was actually sunshine when I was there. But I was freezing the entire time. Not too much of a surprise there. It actually reminded me of Cape Cod. Beaches, boats, lighthouses, lobster and small, quaint towns.

In Glasgow, they were filming the new Brad Pitt movie, World War X. They had turned one of the squares into Philadelphia. I go all the way to Scotland and can't get away from NJ!

The hairdryer was affixed to the 2nd drawer of a small dresser. I'm pretty tall and had to sit on the floor every day to blow dry. Who thought this was a good idea??

The lone gas pump. They don't even post the price because this is your only option!

I drank a lot of beer, wine and way more whisky then I've ever wanted (which isn't a lot). I ate a lot of fresh seafood and Scottish beef. So when I came home, I actually wanted chicken. It was one thing that I had none of. And I even wanted to go to the gym! Two days later, I'm sore and exhausted.

I found this recipe on Gina's Skinny Taste and am not sure how I didn't find it sooner! I love Asian inspired recipes, especially ones that are healthy and don't remind you that it's healthy. For the recipe, head on over to Skinny Taste.
